Till Breaks the Bias

In the lead up to International Women’s Day, we asked women at Till to share stories of their past experiences with bias throughout their careers to shine a light on the injustices women face in professional settings, day in and day out. And now, we’re sharing it with you so you can break the bias too.

In this episode of Breaking the Bias with Till, we talk about how performance bias can lead people to devalue women's contributions and make incorrect assumptions about women's abilities.

The adverse impact of performance bias are alarming. Several studies have found that replacing a woman's name with a man's name on a resume can increase the likelihood of getting hired by about 60%.

This is just the starting point.

By sharing these stories, Till is starting a conversation to drive change for women in the workplace. You can break the bias too by viewing other experiences of women here.
